La condanna dei poeti e dei filosofi: Platone, Aristotele e María Zambrano

Jorge Brioso

Abstract

The structure of this essay is based on three themes.  First, the importance Platonic philosophy has in the constitution of the study of philosophy and poetry in Zambrano’s thinking.  Second, the double genealogy that Zambrano does with philosophical thinking:  one which responds to being and to the logos which we associate with Aristotle and the other which enunciates a knowledge of the soul, a knowledge of music and of poetry which Zambrano believes she has inherited.  Lastly, the recovery and exhumation that Zambrano proposes of a series of philosophical categories that have been forgotten:  piety, the soul, the heart, etc.
